Solomon Oluwaseyi-Osho, is a Youth Leader, Entrepreneur, Lawyer and Legislator. He is happily married to Folashade Oluwaseyi-Osho.
Solomon studied Law and graduated with a LLB (Hons) from the London South Bank University in 2009, before returning to Nigeria to serve his fatherland. He was elected as a Councillor and subsequently, the Speaker of Remo North Legislative Council, Ogun State, Nigeria in 2011 as the Youngest ever at the time.
Hon.(Barr.) Solomon Osho was also elected in 2019 as Honourable Member of the Ogun State House of Assembly (Legislative Arm of the State Government) and was appointed as the Chairman House Committee on Justice, Ethics & Public Petitions of the State Assembly.
As an entrepreneur, he set up an Entertainment company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C) in Nigeria in 2003. He is also the founder of a N.G.O called “May-Five Foundation”, which caters for the educational development and wellbeing of underprivileged pupils and youths in Nigeria.
He was also called to the Nigerian Bar as Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Terry Igharoro, is the author of Think Like an Entrepreneur and GROW RICH, a professional speaker, consultant and executive coach. He is the founder of Entrepreneur Alchemy, a personal development company that specializes in unlocking and enhancing an individuals entrepreneurial mind state to assist them in moving from where they are to where they want to be with their career.
At 16, Terry started his first business, a car rental company and then went on to launch a luxury lifestyle magazine at 21, which managed to get stocked in Harrods and Selfridges in London. Over the years Terry has managed to successfully secure seed rounds of investments and raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for his clients. He assisted a start up client to go from £0 to over £100k in revenue in less than 8 months. Three UK awarded him as their Digital Mobile Champion for his contribution in assisting small businesses to go digital. Terry graduated from University East London with a BSc (hons) in Business Information Systems. He is a CPD accredited speaker and has delivered talks and training to organisations such as Microsoft, NHS Wales, The British Computer Society (BCS), Central Working, Nacue, The Springboard Charity, Digital Leaders Conference, City University London and Birmingham University. Terry was recently recognized as one of the top 75 most inspirational black businesspeople in the 2016 RBS sponsored annual publication ‘BE MOGUL’. Terry’s mission is to challenge the status-quo thinking about entrepreneurship because he believes if we all think like entrepreneurs we can unlock more of our human potential.
Oluwole Felix Ajayi, fondly called OFA, is a Business & personal development coach, Ideas analyst and Leadership enthusiast. Passionate about an alienating brand of leadership, OFA became a student and promoter of “The Influential Leadership” believing that the definition of any true leader is embedded in his ability to serve and be value-conscious.

Ayo Akinola is a tech entrepreneur, with a forte in sales and business development. A co-founder of the company Sharphire Global, which has produced some of your favourite tech products like jobs and skills acquisition platform, PushCV, and also Piggyvest, an online savings and investment app which constantly helps over 1million people save and invest millions of dollars monthly. Ayo is also very passionate about mental health and providing solutions to break the barrier to getting the help people need.
Samuel Junior Giveson, professionally known as SMJ is a Music Producer, Band Director, Pianist, Drummer and Song Writer. He started his professional music career with the Republic of Xtreme at the age of 16. An indigene of Akwa Ibom State, SMJ grew up in Lagos State, where he discovered his love for drums at age 3, and his love for the keyboard at age 5. His love for music drove him to start playing for a church at age 12, where he met MasterKraft who taught him production and by 17, he produced an album for Dr Tim Godfrey. Since then, SMJ has worked with various A-list artistes, both locally and internationally. He is regarded as one of the most versatile and youngest music producers in Nigeria. In 2017 and 2018, he won The Beatz Award for Afro Gospel Producer of the year. He was nominated for the Africa Gospel Music Awards in 2019 as Producer of the Year to mention a few. He is the current band leader of the xtreme crew and a signed producer and artiste under the ROX NATION record label owned by Dr Tim Godfrey.
Joshua Oluwatomisin Komolafe is the CEO of Joloshko Ark Holdings Limited, a British multinational conglomerate which acts as the parent company for multiple business initiatives that range from property to soft skills.
Joshua’s main focus, is helping young adults & young professionals to; discover what they’re good at, operate from their best, and find fulfilment—through training and development, in the areas of: Leadership, Purpose, Public Speaking & Branding.
Joshua is the author of How to Overcome Nerves: The practical guide to confident speaking for success. He is also the author of DISCOVERY: The branding workbook which breaks down the processes involved in building up a brand. He holds a BSc in Economics from the institute of Brunel University London, as well as a post graduate certificate in Marketing Communications from the Manchester Metropolitan University. Joshua has also gained additional qualifications in Project Management from the Said Business school, University of Oxford. He is also PRINCE II certified. Sharon Olawepo is the founder of Sharyn Designs and the Executive Director of ActualiseHQ, an accredited social enterprise. She is an experienced Visual Branding designer and Small Business Consultant on a mission to help entrepreneurs build and grow profitable businesses.
A First Class graduate of BSc Mathematics with Economics, Sharon also holds a Masters Degree in Computational Finance, a Diploma in Graphic Design and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Goldsmiths, University of London. With over a decade in leadership and supporting roles, she has worked extensively on curating, teaching and sustaining brands in and outside of the UK.
